What determines obsolescence
         is not your computer, but rather what you decide to use it
         for. The internet, iPods, iPhones and many other external
         factors all contribute to your computer needing to be
         upgraded. What worked a year ago, may not work
         today!

         We've upgraded thousands of computers over the years! We'll
         evaluate your system, recommend and quote necessary upgrades
         and even provide training and technical support to help you

The most common parts
         we upgrade are:
1) the computer's operating system (aka "OS").  Macs use OS X and PC's use WIndows.  Yes there are many different versions and we'll help sort out what you have and what you need to make your computer work better.
2) a computer's memory or RAM.  The amount of RAM determines how many thngs you can do at once so it's imporatnt to add memory as you upgrade your system in order to handle the updgades.
3) the computer's hard drive:  as you store more music, pictures, movies and documents, you'll need space to save all those media files.  We can install a larger hard drive and "migrate" your software and files to the new drive to you won't lose any information.
Along with installing a
         newer OS or RAM, we also will upgrade your browsers (Safari,
         Firefox, Explorer), various "media players" (such as Flash, Java, QuickTime
         and Windows Media Player) and several other parts of your
         computer's software. 

         
         
We also can upgrade CD or
         DVD drives; make your computer compatible with web cams or
         iPods and iPhones.
